Where we ship

Within Japan and to many countries worldwide. The countries we ship to, and the shipping cost for your order, are shown at checkout.

When your order ships

Artworks and books: within about 7 business days of the order.

Items made by Printful (T-shirts, hoodies, caps, glasses and similar): made to order, usually shipped within 2–7 business days.

Event tickets: not shipped; use them at the date and venue on the product page.

Several items in one order

Items made by Printful are made and shipped separately from artworks and books, so an order can arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery time

Delivery time after shipping depends on the destination and the carrier. We email you when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Japan may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at shopify@jinnystreetgallery.com and we will sort it out (see our return and refund policy).
