Charges other than the price
Shipping, which depends on the item and the destination and is shown at checkout. For deliveries outside Japan, customs duties and import taxes may be charged in the destination country and are paid by the customer.
Payment methods and timing
Credit card and the other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Delivery
Artworks and books: shipped within about 7 business days of the order.
Items made by Printful (T-shirts, hoodies, caps, glasses and similar): made to order, usually shipped within 2–7 business days, plus the delivery time to your address.
Event tickets: not shipped; use them at the date and venue on the product page.
Returns and exchanges
As our items are one-of-a-kind artworks or made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery (30 days for items made by Printful).
Refunds
For damaged, defective or wrong items, we replace the item or refund you after checking. Refunds go to the original payment method. If the organizer cancels an event, we refund the ticket in full.
Return shipping
We pay return shipping for damaged, defective or wrong items. We will tell you how to return the item when you contact us; please don't send anything back before contacting us.
