Circular pieces of paper clay were pressed against the surfaces of buildings, streets, trees, and other details found throughout Jingumae 2-chome. These impressions were then transformed into stamps and individually applied to each notebook by hand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBefore it reaches an artist or creator, the notebook already contains a physical fragment of the neighborhood.
